- Accumulator
- A bet that combines multiple selections into one wager; all must win for a payout.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap applied to a team to eliminate the draw option, giving odds closer to evens.
- Bankroll
- The total money you have set aside for betting.
- Bet Builder
- A tool that lets you combine different markets from a single match into one bet.
- Bet Slip
- The digital form where you confirm the details of your bet before placing it.
- Cash Out
- An option to settle a bet early, locking in a profit or cutting losses before the event ends.
- Cashback
- A bonus that returns a percentage of your losses over a set period, credited as free bets or real cash.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes in a match, increasing your chance of winning.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that refunds your stake if the match ends in a draw, leaving only win or lose outcomes.
- Each-Way
- A bet split into two parts—a win bet and a place bet—commonly used in outright winner markets.
- Evens
- Odds expressed as 2.0, meaning you double your stake if your bet wins.
- Fractional Odds
- Odds shown as a fraction (e.g., 3/1) indicating how much profit you make per unit staked.
- In-Play
- Betting on a match while it is happening, with odds that change as the game progresses.
- Lay
- To bet against a specific outcome, acting as the bookmaker and accepting bets from others.
- Match Betting
- Betting on the result of a single match, choosing from home win, draw, or away win.
- Odds
- The number that reflects the likelihood of an outcome and determines how much you can win.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a specific statistic, like total goals, will be above or below a set value.
- Profit
- The net amount you gain from a winning bet, not including your original stake.
- Provably Fair
- A system that uses cryptographic algorithms to prove that a game's outcome is fair and not manipulated.
- Punter
- A person who places bets on sporting events.
- Stake
- The amount of money you wager on a bet.
- Surebet
- A situation where you bet on all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit, usually by using different bookmakers.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, giving you an edge.
- Volatility
- A measure of how often and how much a game pays out; high volatility means bigger but less frequent wins.
- Wagering Requirement
- The number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from it.
